True small batch jerky! Our beef jerky is made by Kris during the whole process and each batch only creates an average of 2 lbs of jerky. The jerky is never formed or pressed and is always sliced from the best quality meats.
The search for old fashion jerky
We founded Slaughterville Jerky Co with our love of quality jerky and our passion for our local community. We used to sell a variety of beef jerky products in our store but it never sold very well. I started a mission to make the best natural tasting beef jerky that does not cover up the taste of the beef.
