Our jerky is sliced thin for a light, crispy snack. We do not marinate our beef in overpowering flavors such as soy sauce, Worcestershire, liquid smoke or any other ingredients common in mass produced jerky.

Orders will be shipped three times a week.  Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
